Refund policy

We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. If we made a mistake with your order, such as wrong product,  please email us at nymphoriaskincare@gmail.com We will correct your order immediately and send the right order at no additional cost.  Due to the nature of our products we currently do not offer exchanges

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


My package was returned

If your package is returned to us, you will be notified via email. Depending on the condition of the product we may offer reshipment. We provide the following options:

1.Refund your order total, minus shipping cost.

2.Schedule to have your order shipped again with additional shipping cost. *If product is still in good condition.

Package lost, stolen or damaged?

Once Packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for transit. If your package was lost or stolen, you must file a claim with USPS. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.
